With a defined language within the expressions of abstraction, taking up these plastic discourses with elegant and congruent compositions, to take us on a journey through tormented landscapes, lands of fire, cloudy days and labyrinths full of vital geometry present in the cells that make up and give life to amorphous imaginary characters.
Nature is also present, the vital flow of water, dust, solitary trees and bird sounds, represented in pentagrams that are a recurring theme in his work. Ricardo Mejorada carries through the strenuous experimentation of pictorial materials, the inheritance of his paternal grandfather, the man who in a distant day shared with him his brushes and paints.
